How it works

Text, price, window, photos, then the charge

  1. Text us what you have and where it is. The boat, the package, the cross streets or the basin. No form, no call.
  2. You get the exact price and a two-hour window back. Prices are the ones on this site. Nothing changes on site.
  3. Save a card with Apple Pay or Google Pay. One tap. Nothing is charged.
  4. The pro texts when they are on the way and sends before photos. If anything beyond the package is needed, you get a written price by text first and say yes or no.
  5. After photos land in your texts. Then, and only then, your card is charged. Not right, tell us within 48 hours and we come back at no cost.

Do I need to be there?

No. Send us the basin, slip, and gate arrangement by text. Photos arrive when it is done.

Is it allowed in my marina?

Yes. Hand washing with biodegradable, phosphate-free products and no hose left running is what Alamitos Bay and Shoreline permit. Nothing below the waterline is touched in the water.

Can I pause it?

Yes, by text, any time, no fee.

How is it priced?

By the foot, for your boat, in writing, before the first visit. Text the length and the basin and you have the number the same day.
